The website saasnavigator.io, the SaaS Navigator mentorship program and the SaaS Navigator community are owned and operated by Booster LLC, 75 W Walnut St, California, United States ("Booster LLC", "we", "us"). Contact: support@saasnavigator.io
Last updated and effective: August 14, 2026 · Version 2.1
1. Definitions. "Program" means the SaaS Navigator cohort-based mentorship program, including video modules, templates, databases, group and 1:1 calls and related materials. "Community" means the paid SaaS Navigator Discord community billed monthly. "Services" means the Site, the Program and the Community. "Enrollment Terms" means the individual pricing and payment schedule confirmed to you in writing (email or checkout page) before your first charge; Enrollment Terms are part of this agreement and prevail over these Terms in case of conflict.
2. Acceptance. By using the Site, submitting an application, booking a call, or purchasing the Program or Community, you accept these Terms and the policies on this page. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
3. Eligibility; refusal of service. You must be at least 18 and legally capable of contracting. Admission is by application and interview. We may accept, decline, waitlist or expel any applicant or participant at our sole discretion, subject only to applicable anti-discrimination law.
4. Educational service only. The Services are educational. We are not your lawyer, accountant, financial adviser, fiduciary, employer or partner; no agency, partnership or joint venture is created. You alone decide whether and how to apply what we teach and you bear all associated costs and risks.
5. Pricing and payment. Program pricing is individual and stated in your Enrollment Terms; Community pricing is stated at checkout. Amounts are in U.S. dollars, processed by Stripe, Inc.; we do not store full card numbers. You represent you are authorized to use the payment method provided and you are responsible for bank fees, currency conversion and all applicable taxes.
6. Payment plans. A payment plan is credit extended for a single purchase, not a cancellable subscription. Each installment is due on schedule regardless of usage, attendance or progress. If an installment is more than 7 days overdue we may suspend access until cured, accelerate the remaining balance, and recover outstanding amounts plus reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees, where permitted by law.
7. Community auto-renewal. The Community renews automatically each month at the then-current rate until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Rates may change with at least 30 days' notice, effective on your next renewal.
8. License; intellectual property. All materials are the intellectual property of Booster LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license for your own business education during your access period. No sharing of logins, copying, distribution, resale, publication, scraping, or training of machine-learning models on our materials. Templates may be used inside your own business but not resold or redistributed as templates. Violation terminates access without refund.
9. Community conduct. No harassment, hate speech, spam, unsolicited selling, pyramid or investment schemes, or sharing other members' information. We may moderate, suspend or permanently remove any member whose conduct we consider harmful, in our sole discretion; removal for cause carries no refund.
10. Recordings; testimonials; confidentiality. Group calls may be recorded and shared with participants; by attending you consent to recording. We publish your results or testimonial only with your separate consent, which, once given, grants us a perpetual royalty-free license to use the approved material. Program materials, individual pricing and other members' business information are confidential.
11. Communications. You consent to transactional and marketing emails; marketing can be unsubscribed anytime, transactional messages continue while you use the Services.
12. Third-party services. Stripe, Discord, scheduling and video tools are governed by their own terms; their availability is outside our control. Product links on our pages are examples, not endorsements.
13. No guarantees. We promise no revenue, customers or outcomes. Most new businesses earn little or nothing; every example and testimonial is a non-typical individual result. You assume full responsibility for your decisions.
14. Disclaimer of warranties. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
15. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability is capped at the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Where a jurisdiction does not allow certain limitations, they apply to the fullest extent permitted.
16. Indemnification. You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Booster LLC and its members, managers, employees and contractors from claims and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your business activities, your content, your violation of law or third-party rights, or your breach of these Terms.
17. Chargebacks. Contact us and allow 10 business days to resolve any billing issue before initiating a chargeback. A chargeback filed without doing so, or after receiving the disputed access, is a material breach: we may submit access logs and this agreement as evidence, terminate access, and pursue recovery of disputed amounts and costs where permitted by law.
18. Program changes; force majeure. We may update curriculum, substitute bonuses with materially equivalent ones, change schedules and mentors, or move cohort dates where reasonably necessary; such changes are not grounds for refund. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control; affected obligations are suspended for the duration.
19. Termination. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for breach, non-payment, chargeback abuse or conduct violations. Sections 8, 10, 13–17 and 20–23 survive termination.
20. Governing law. California law and applicable U.S. federal law govern, excluding conflict-of-laws rules and the U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
21. Dispute resolution; arbitration; class waiver. Before filing any claim, email a written description of the dispute to support@saasnavigator.io and negotiate in good faith for 30 days. Unresolved disputes are settled by confidential, binding individual arbitration (JAMS Streamlined Rules, single arbitrator, Los Angeles County, California, English, remote hearings permitted). Both parties waive jury trial and any class, collective or representative action. Small-claims court remains available for eligible claims, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court for IP infringement or misuse of confidential information.
22. Time limit on claims. Any claim must be filed within one (1) year after it accrues, or it is permanently barred, to the extent permitted by law.
23. Miscellaneous. We may assign this agreement in a merger, sale or reorganization; you may not assign it. These Terms plus your Enrollment Terms are the entire agreement. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stands and the provision is enforced to the maximum permitted extent. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. Headings are for convenience only.
1. Why this policy is strict. The Program sells scarce capacity: a 12-founder cohort, 1:1 mentor time and immediate access to proprietary materials that cannot be "returned". You are expected to ask every question on the free enrollment call before paying. Payment confirms an informed purchase.
2. Program, all sales final. All Program payments are final and non-refundable once (a) access to any materials is granted, or (b) your cohort start date has passed, whichever occurs first. This includes discounted and promotional enrollments.
3. Cancellation before access. If you cancel in writing before receiving any access and before your cohort starts, we refund the amount paid minus non-recoverable processing fees and any deposit expressly designated non-refundable in your Enrollment Terms.
4. Non-attendance is not cancellation. Missing calls, not opening materials, personal circumstances, or slower-than-expected progress do not create refund or credit rights and do not pause payment plans.
5. Deferral instead of refund. At our discretion, and for documented serious circumstances, we may offer a one-time transfer to a later cohort. A deferral is a courtesy, not a right, and does not convert into a refund.
6. Payment plans. Choosing a payment plan does not make the purchase monthly. All remaining installments stay due per Section 6 of the Terms even if you stop participating.
7. Community subscription. Billed monthly in advance; renews automatically; cancel anytime effective at the end of the paid period. No refunds or proration for partial months, unused time or removal for conduct violations.
8. Digital delivery; withdrawal waiver. By purchasing, you expressly request immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that, where the law allows (including under EU/UK distance-selling rules), you thereby lose any statutory right of withdrawal once delivery begins.
9. Exceptions in writing only. Any exception is at our sole discretion, valid only if confirmed in writing by an authorized representative, and creates no precedent. Verbal statements by team members do not modify this policy.
10. Requests. Email support@saasnavigator.io from your enrollment email with your order details. Approved refunds return to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days. Do not initiate a chargeback without completing this process (Terms, Section 17).
11. Mandatory consumer rights. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under mandatory consumer-protection law of your jurisdiction; where such rights apply, this policy applies to the fullest extent permitted.
This section covers one-off files bought on the site, not the Program and not the community. Those two are covered above.
14-day refund, no questions. If a file is not what you expected, email support@saasnavigator.io within 14 days of purchase and we refund it in full. You do not need to explain yourself and you do not need to delete the file. Money goes back to the card you paid with, usually within five business days depending on your bank.
Broken or missing file. If a download link stops working, write to us. We send a fresh one or refund you, whichever you prefer, and there is no time limit on this.
Your link is personal. Each purchase gets its own address. Sharing it publicly is what gets a link revoked; using it on your own devices is fine and expected.
Chargebacks. Please write to us first. Every refund we have been asked for has been settled by email, and a chargeback costs us a fee on top of the refund without getting your money back any sooner.
Card statements show BOOSTER LLC. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card details.
1. Data we collect. Identity and contact data (name, email), application and interview answers, scheduling details, payment metadata from Stripe (amounts, status, last four digits, never full card numbers), Community activity, support correspondence, testimonials you approve, and technical data collected via cookies and similar tools: IP address, country as reported by our network provider, device type, browser and operating system, screen size, browser language and time zone, pages viewed, how far down them you scrolled and for how long, buttons clicked, and the site or campaign you arrived from. We use the time zone for one thing: not calling you in the middle of your night.
2. Purposes and legal bases. We process data to perform our contract with you (deliver the Program and Community, process payments, provide support); for legitimate interests (improving materials, site analytics, fraud and chargeback defense, enforcing our terms); with your consent (marketing emails, testimonials, non-essential cookies); and to comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, lawful requests).
3. Sharing. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising except via cookie-based ad tools you can decline. We share data with service providers acting on our instructions, Stripe (payments), Discord (community), scheduling, email, hosting and analytics vendors, and with professional advisers or authorities where required by law or to protect our rights.
4. International transfers. We operate from the United States; if you access the Services from elsewhere, your data is transferred to the U.S. and protected by the safeguards described here and in our processors' agreements.
5. Retention. Application data for up to 24 months after a decision; contract, payment and dispute records for the period required by tax and commercial law (typically 7 years); marketing consents until withdrawn; technical logs up to 13 months. Data is then deleted or anonymized.
6. Your rights. Depending on your location (CCPA/CPRA for California residents; GDPR for EEA/UK residents), you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or object to processing, and you may opt out of marketing at any time. We do not discriminate for exercising rights. Requests: support@saasnavigator.io; we may verify your identity and respond within the statutory period. California residents: we disclose the categories above and have not "sold" personal information as defined by the CPRA in the preceding 12 months.
7. Security. Encrypted transport, access on a need-to-know basis, reputable processors. No method is 100% secure; report suspected incidents to us immediately.
8. Children. The Services are not directed to anyone under 18; we delete such data on discovery.
9. Changes. We may update this policy by posting a new version with an updated date; material changes are announced by email or on the Site.
1. Who sends our messages. All marketing communications for SaaS Navigator are sent by or on behalf of Booster LLC, 75 W Walnut St, California, United States. Every marketing email identifies us as the sender, uses truthful, non-deceptive subject lines and accurate header information, and includes our physical postal address and a functioning unsubscribe mechanism, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act.
2. How you get on the list. We email only people who gave us their address themselves: requesting the playbook, applying to the program, booking a call, registering for the community, or purchasing. We do not buy, rent, scrape or harvest email lists, and we do not send unsolicited bulk email.
3. What your submission means. By submitting a form with your email address you expressly consent to receive (a) the requested content and related transactional messages, and (b) ongoing marketing emails from SaaS Navigator, such as case studies, program announcements and offers, until you unsubscribe. Consent to marketing is never a condition of any purchase.
4. Phone and SMS consent (TCPA). By providing your phone number you give your prior express written consent for Booster LLC to contact you at that number about your request and our programs by live call, prerecorded or artificial voice message, and SMS/text, including via automated dialing technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply and are charged by your carrier, who is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Reply STOP to any text to opt out and HELP for help; we send one final confirmation of your opt-out. You represent that the number you provide is yours and agree to notify us if you release it.
5. Opting out. Every marketing email contains a one-click unsubscribe link; opt-outs are honored promptly and in any event within 10 business days, without fees, logins or additional steps. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional or account messages (receipts, access links, schedule changes), which we send as long as you use the Services. We keep unsubscribed addresses on a suppression list so they are not re-mailed.
6. International senders' rules. Where stricter rules apply, we follow them: for EEA/UK recipients we rely on consent under GDPR/PECR, which you may withdraw at any time with effect for the future; for Canadian recipients we send only with express or valid implied consent under CASL and honor unsubscribes within 10 business days. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of messages sent before it.
7. Tracking. Our emails may contain open and click tracking pixels and tagged links so we can measure engagement, cap frequency and suppress inactive addresses. You can limit tracking by disabling image loading in your email client; links still work.
8. Sharing and processors. Your contact details are processed by our email and SMS service providers under contracts limiting them to acting on our instructions. We do not sell or rent our list, and we do not allow third parties to email our list for their own products. If we ever feature a partner offer, the email comes from us and is labeled as such.
9. Abuse reports. If you believe you received a message from us in error or without consent, forward it to support@saasnavigator.io; we investigate every report, remove the address where appropriate, and cooperate with mailbox providers and regulators.
10. Records. We retain consent records (form, timestamp, IP, source page) and opt-out records for as long as required to demonstrate compliance.
1. What this is. Anyone may sign up at saasnavigator.io/partners and receive a personal referral link. There is no fee to join and no minimum volume.
2. Commission. 50% of the amount a referred customer actually pays for the mentorship program, once per sale. For the community membership, 50% of every monthly payment for as long as that membership stays active. Rates in force at the time of the payment apply; changes are not retroactive.
3. Attribution. A person is attributed to the partner whose link they first arrived through, for 90 days from that click. If two partners refer the same person, the first click wins. People already present in our database before the click are not attributed to any partner.
4. Self-referral. Purchases made by the partner, or through the partner's own email address, earn no commission.
5. Confirmation and payout. Commissions accrue as pending, are confirmed by us after the refund window, and are paid once the confirmed balance reaches $50. A refund, chargeback or reversal cancels the corresponding commission; if it was already paid out, it is deducted from the next payout.
6. Taxes. Partners are independent contractors, not employees or agents. You are responsible for your own taxes. Where required, we will request a W-9 (US) or W-8BEN/W-8BEN-E (non-US) before releasing a payout, and may withhold or report as the law requires.
7. What is not allowed. Income or results guarantees of any kind; claiming to be SaaS Navigator or Booster LLC; bidding on our brand terms in paid search; unsolicited email or SMS; posting your link where it violates the platform's rules; cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any automated traffic. Partners must disclose the commercial relationship wherever they promote, in the US this is required by the FTC Endorsement Guides.
8. Customer data. Referred people are our customers. Partners see stage and partial contact details in their cabinet for reporting only; the contact data is not licensed to partners and may not be exported, sold or added to a mailing list.
9. Ending it. Either side may end participation at any time. We may close an account for breach of these terms; confirmed commissions earned before the breach are still paid. Commissions from fraudulent or reversed transactions are not.
10. Changes. We may change these terms; the version published here at the time of a payment governs that payment. Material changes are emailed to active partners.

SaaS Navigator teaches skills; it does not sell outcomes. We make no representation or guarantee that you will earn any money using the ideas, tools or strategies presented, and nothing on the Site or in the Program is income advice or a promise of results.
All figures, dashboards, screenshots and testimonials are exceptional, non-typical individual results, shown as examples of what specific students report, verified at the time of posting. They are not averages and not projections. Most new software businesses earn little or nothing.
Your results depend on factors we do not control: effort, experience, market, pricing, timing and luck. Where required by law, we state plainly: typical purchaser results are $0. By enrolling you accept full responsibility for your decisions and outcomes and agree that Booster LLC is not liable for your business results.
